OMG.

I just have to wonder how I could have been in such denial about my size. This was me last Thanksgiving:

I just can't believe that I was that big.... I knew I was heavy, but I didn't realize that I looked like that. :n( It's embarrassing.

    You shouldn't be embarassed, Amy. You have come FAR! You should look back at that picture and feel nothing but pride for the incredible amount of work you have put into losing all that weight!!!
